GREEK STYLE BAGEL BREAKFAST




Lightly toast a bagel.  


Top with Feta cheese and diced tomato.


Place under the broiler for a few minutes.


Drizzle with extra virgin olive and balsamic vinegar, along with a sprinkling of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.


Mmmmmm . . . yummy!

Son No. 3 prepared this for breakfast one morning.  
It was delish!

  4. Yum! I do this for lunch in the summer with fresh basil and mozzarella. Never thought about it for breakfast with your choice of ingredients...gotta try it.
