BOY, AM I LUCKY!

To leave near one of a very few locations of
It's an outlet store for
best known as the manufacturer of Waverly Fabrics.

The location I leave near is in a 16,500 square foot warehouse. The space is busting with rolls and rolls and rolls of beautiful fabrics from floor to ceiling. It's easy to get lost in there for . . . well, almost hours!

I stopped yesterday to get some additional fabric of what I used for the sliding door and family room treatments, but sadly, it's gone. An old print that's just gone for good. Of course, I couldn't leave empty handed! I found some gorgeous pieces - and cheap! Not sure what I'll do with them, but they were certainly bargain.

This yummy piece of fabric, 1 yard, was only $2.00! For now, it's serving as an informal, unfinished table runner for a dresser in the foyer.

This pretty sculpted piece of upholstery fabric was just $8.00 for 1-3/4 yards.

I snagged this fabric for an additional 50% off it's $7.95 per yard!

This place is also were I purchased the fabric I showed you all that I'm using in my bedroom. At $10.95 a yard, it's still a bargain.

And this fabric I used for my family room's bay window treatment . . .

And this fabric that I used to make a counter skirt and matching valance in my craft room . . .

And this pretty toile that's a make-sift tablecloth on the dining table . . .

And the fabric used to make new slipcovers for my deck table chairs and
chaise lounge . . .

Oh boy . . . I can not wait to for the weather to allow us to lounge outside again!!!

The fabrics sold are mostly entirely seconds and discontinued prints, but the quality is still there. And the prices are amazing! If something has really been damaged during production, it's marked very clearly and the price is drastically reduced.

So, yesterday as I was wondering around the warehouse of beautiful fabrics, I thought to myself . . . "boy, am I lucky to be able to shop in a place with such a terrific selection and great prices".

Thanks for visiting!

You got some great fabrics, Carla! Love the fabrics you used in your craft room! Did you do a post on that? I'd love to see it so I'll check out your archives when I'm done here. Love the toile and the fabric you used in your family room valance. I think we have them here on Long Island, but its about a 45 minute-1 hour drive from me.

Good Morning Carla!
LOVE, LOVE, all of the gorgeous fabrics. There is a store(about 100miles away) that I shop at that has beautiful fabrics, like Waverly at deep, deep discounts. I love to buy them, even though sometimes I'm not sure what I will do with them.
Have you started on your master bedroom yet? Can't wait to see how it turns out. If I lived closer, I'd give you a hand painting. I love to paint.
Hope the sunshine is beaming through your windows:)

Awesome! I wonder if about 2 hours away qualifies for 'living near enough' to justify the savings!! lol:)

ps..I'm sorry if I made you feel bad about the water bottle thing, I just was amazed at what I learned and wondered "am I the only one who didn't know this stuff?" now I know, I'm not alone:)
