SCENES OF A WINTRY MORNING

Last Thursday we awoke to an early morning snowfall. There's something about snow falling in the very early morning light that makes it a little more magical. Not much accumulation - maybe an inch or little more.

As the snow slowly started to taper off, an eerie fog rolled in. The fog and the freshly-fallen snow along with the faint early morning light all contributed to a morning color I don't think I ever remember seeing before. Of course, these photos don't really capture what I was witnessing.

Still, I just love how the photos turned out. I may even have them enlarged and framed. Sometimes my humble little
Sony Cyber-Shot amazes me.
