When we were in NYC last week, this book was available for preorder at
I was dying!
I didn't want to wait!
I wanted the one and only copy the store had on the counter. When I asked one of the employees when the book was due to come out, she replied "any minute now!". I had visions of the UPS truck pulling up to the store just minutes after we left, and me missing out.

Boy, I'm a bit embarrassed! That was not just any employee I talked to about this fabulous book, but I believe it was the owner of Tinsel Trading herself, Marcia Ceppos. I'm also honored and flattered that Marcia left a nice comment on this post. I'm surprised she happened to find my teeny tiny blog in all of blogland. Had to be through a Google search of the book, I'm sure!
However, you found me, Marcia, thanks so much for taking time to leave a comment. I certainly hope I can get back up to NYC real soon and spend more time and money! :o) in your amazing store.

It's probably a good thing, though, I couldn't purchase the book that day. I most likely would have broke the bank buying supplies for all the amazing projects in the book.

The pages below are examples of "Inspiration Boards".

I finally got around to ordering the book Thursday from Amazon, and much to my utter delight, the book arrived yesterday. It is a beautiful piece of artwork . . . really. An absolute must have.

I found this information below to be a little weird and creepy . . .

Below is just a snippet of some of the great project and inspiration photos from the book.

Watch the video below for the amazing story of Tinsel Trading.

Thanks for visiting!
Leave a comment so I can get to know you.

So you'll have all those projects done by next week then, Carla? : ) Seriously though, I would love to see what you put together with the stuff you did buy. I had checked out their site after your visit post and I'm sure that you need to plan on a couple of hours there.
