THIS MESS IS DRIVING ME KA-RA-ZEEE!

Why does one reorganizing task have to create such huge mess???
UGGGHHH!!!

This is why I've been putting off transferring items and integrating the use of this great metal file that Hubby rescued from work and cleaned and painted for me.
(I first blogged about it here.)

I have to tell you, it is driving me NUTSO having this mess all over in here. I think I need a room twice it's size to comfortably house all my many, many craft/art supplies.

Hey, look Kerin! Your blog, Cottage on Main, is up on my computer screen!!! :o)

Unfortunately, the mess might have to wait a bit longer. Me and Son No. 3 are hittin' the bowling alley this afternoon. :o)

Thanks for visiting!
Leave a comment so I can get to know you.

Hellooo Sister!!
I think maybe I should be hitting the bowling alley too :)
I just keep thinking that in the end...it will all be worth the mess !!
Love the color on your walls.....it looks like apple green on my screen. What color is it?
Have a great day !!!

That's quite a project you have going there. But what a lucky girl you are to have a space like that to keep all of your stuff! Have fun at the bowling alley. That's what summertime is for...projects and bowling!

Hi Kerin! The color of the walls in here are an appley green. Actually, it's Lowe's Valspar paint in the color called "Lettuce Alone". Cute name, huh?! The room was painted, oh, something like 3 or 4 or more years ago, so not sure the paint color is that name anymore. I really like it. I wanted something bright and cheerful in here, and it works!

Carla, I swear it seems like no matter the size of the room just the act of creating makes this kind of mess. If it makes you feel any better I'll post my counter top today, after working for a week it is really, really bad.

I'm sure you will knock out this project and get that beautiful cabinet organized.

Enjoy bowling with your son, my kiddos got to go last week but they're still begging for more.

Girl, you should see my studio! On top of everything, it's outside in a portable storage building I outfitted and my poor AC can't keep up with the South Louisiana heat! Take a look at my blog. Oh, and enter my giveaway.

I have about 5 different crafts I do...so I TOTALLY understand your dilemma.

You may be ready to pull your hair out, Carla, but I have to tell you I love your studio/craft room! I was trying to see all your little storage ideas. Do you have a previous post that shows off this great room? I'm always looking to see how others store their papers and things. Not that I have a lot of room, but I do have a craft closet that could be better utilized.

You mention wanting a craft room twice the size. If you had a bigger one, then all of a sudden that one would be too small, and you'd want one even bigger! Such a vicious cycle!

Those type of projects DO take some time and make such a mess but it is going to look SOOOOO great with everything in its' new place!

I told Lexi we need to do her closet....soon. She has grown out of a bunch of things and they need to get purged and new things put up.

Have fun bowling.♥

Honestly?
That room looks pretty darn good! I don't see much of a mess going on there at all! :-)
